Prices are typically quoted in USD based on Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR). We accept Irrevocable L/C at sight, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with standard deposit structures, and Bank Guarantees for established partnerships. Late payments incur interest at 2% per month.
All commodities are supplied according to Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and international frameworks (ISO, ASTM, Kimberley Process). Buyers may appoint independent inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas) at their own cost. Quality claims must be raised within 14 days of arrival at the destination port.
Deliveries are made according to agreed Incoterms. Typical lead times are 14-30 days from order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port congestion, government regulations, or acts of God.
